Pepsi Roast

Pepsi Roast
(Sounds funny but tastes awesome!)

1 home-raised/corn-fed beef roast

1 can pepsi
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
sliced onions optional

potatoes/carrots/celery

Put first 4 ingredients in a crockpot on low for 10 hours. Add cut up veggies about an hour or two before serving. It smells as delicious as it is. Serve, using the juice as gravy!

This is perfect for a summer day when you really don't want to be in the house cooking but still need a hearty supper.

Enjoy!
