Glazed Carrots

Orange Glazed Carrots
Sliced carrots
3 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
2 teaspoons orange juice or lemon juice

We get lots of hunny every year from those friendly bee people in turn for providing a spot for their bee box things. With that said I've been making different dishes to utilize honey.

In a sauce pan boil carrots until tender. Strain the water off, and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for several minutes and serve.

I paired these with chuck roast, baked potatoes, and fresh cantaloupe for supper, yummy!
